Morgan, a director of content creation, contacted a client, Nunez, directly, bypassing established communication protocols. This action has upset Sunderland because it has jeopardised their client account, leading to conflict. The case highlights contrasting management styles; Sunderland is described as focused and inflexible, while Morgan has an informal management approach.

Professor Prasad Balkundi invited two students for an impromptu roleplay to handle the situation. Munmum Ahuja (Kay Sunderland), manager of Vipender Maan(Mike Morgan), deftly handles the situation by taking Morgran for a cup of coffee to diffuse tension and receives appreciation from Professor Balkundy.
